Mischia Cain
Chief Executive Officer & President
Mischia leads Precision Foundation Specialists with a rare dual background in geotechnical engineering and full-time clinical medicine. Kansas-raised with a relentless work ethic, she pairs technical precision in soil and structural mechanics with life-saving medical protocol on every active jobsite.
A proud Native American executive, she holds Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) designations that open the door to public, municipal, and private commercial contracts across Arkansas. Before PFS she performed civil and geotechnical work at McClelland Consulting Engineers and served as a Registered Nurse across Kansas and Northwest Arkansas.

Chief Operating Officer
Erik runs day-to-day operations across every commercial and residential foundation, deep-earth retention, and structural drainage project PFS takes on. A West Point graduate with a B.S. in Civil Engineering, he brings more than 15 years of military leadership and corporate operational strategy to the field.
He bridges structural engineering specifications with real-world field execution, holding crews to 100% adherence to ACI and International Residential Code (IRC) standards. His standardized site-reporting and asset-tracking systems have raised operational efficiency across active project sites by 22%.

Director of Inspection & Code Compliance ("The Rock Doc")
Known across the heavy-civil industry as "The Rock Doc," Dr. Johnston directs every forensic inspection, structural load test, and code-compliance review at PFS. He combines a doctorate in Civil Engineering with 14 years of elite U.S. Army 3rd Ranger Battalion leadership.
His expertise in soil mechanics, rock-mass classification, and deep-foundation design lets him author the definitive forensic reports that back our repairs — from subsurface load testing to proprietary soil-remediation plans for the toughest sites in Northwest Arkansas.

Gary directs company-wide safety, quality assurance, and equipment-reliability programs across every jobsite and the maintenance shop. A mechanical engineer and decorated 16-year U.S. Army veteran of three combat deployments, he brings zero-compromise hazard mitigation to heavy civil work.
He enforces strict PPE and jobsite-hazard controls — sustaining a flawless zero lost-time incident record — and partners with engineering leadership on the preventive-maintenance and structural-safety checks that keep our fleet and crews running safely.

Alongside four decades in the shop, he served 20 years as a decorated first responder in fire, EMS, and law enforcement. That calm-under-pressure discipline shows up in his ironclad safety standards, custom steel fabrication, and decisive shop leadership.
